All of the staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind. Breakfast is nice with juice and pastries. We also liked that it was just a little away from the tourist center so a bit quieter but still near so much. Pharmacy a couple doors away was a great resource for food, snacks, and anything we forgot to bring.

Great location, small room but we did have a 3pax room. Enough space as we only had one suitcase. A little noisy from internal and external noise. Staff lovely, continental breakfast okay for what it was. Great for our one night layover.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and spoke fluent English, ensuring there were no language barriers during my stay. My room was clean and tidy, perfectly sized for a city hotel. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and light breakfast each morning—an excellent perk for guests. However, I did encounter an issue with the laundry facilities. The clothes dryers on the laundry floor were not functioning well; they provided minimal heat. I spent an hour and a half trying to dry my clothes, but they were still damp afterward. I used the laundry twice, and both times I faced the same problem. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, my experience was positive, but I hope the laundry facilities can be improved in the future.
