I had a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only small area for improvement would be the hallway cleanliness, which was just fair,but overall, it didn’t affect my stay. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is great for travelers, though there was some noticeable aircraft noise at times . I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others!

This location was great for our purposes and we really enjoyed the humour of the place. The duckies are adorable. We found the room very comfortable. Our timetable was truly messed up by the airline delaying our flights by over 5 hours. We messaged the hotel many times but didn’t get a response. That was a bit of a bummer.

We had issue with the washroom flush and washroom door. Two days we had to use other room washroom and lobby washroom. No maintance till 7 am. The night staff were not helpful. The day time staff were very good and the manager gave us an option to upgrade.

Staf good to deal with on arrival. But enter room and only two cups as we we're a group of 4 . And no cutlery also very limited milk sugar etc for the price .we paid $392.51 CAD . For one night As we have stayed in other places though out canada and other countries for far less and for far more comfort .

Very nice place to stay. Staff were friendly. Great unlimited coffee. Very convenient shuttle service to and from airport. Quiet and because it’s an open space you don’t feel suffocated. We’ll recommend.

When you speak to the right reception staff they can be very helpful, oyr 2nd day we were told we could use the shuttle to & from the airport for the skytrain into vancouver was better than a taxi & quicker. Also had bikes that you can use so we took advantage & explored the area, we were given a map to follow.coffee etc available 24 hrs in reception. didn't like - no on site restaurant / hot tub due to maintenance during our stay.
