The time I booked this hotel was during Black Friday week so I had a pretty good deal. It’s a nice hotel for people who will need to go to the airport as there is a shuttle for it. The area has a lot of Asian restaurant since it’s Richmond, BC but if you need fast food, there is McDonalds right around the corner. Landsdowne mall is also beside if you need to grab other items and the skytrain is beside the mall. Hotel also has a parking lot for 10$ a day I think, we didn't bring our car so I can’t really recall the price. The staffs over there are very helpful if you need anything.

I recently stayed at the Grand Park Hotel in Richmond and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the location is convenient — with plenty of restaurants within walking distance — and the complimentary airport shuttle is a nice touch, the positives end there. The hotel’s cleanliness was only average at best, which is not what I expected for the price. There were no bottles of water provided in the room, something that most hotels now consider a basic amenity. Check-in was also slow, and the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, which set a negative tone right from the start. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.

The bedding was substandard, the sheets didn't cover the mattress at your feet. The quilt felt very used. There was hair in the bathroom in the tub, ceiling and floor. The Bath towel quality were substandard.

Grateful that I was able to use the free shuttle to get to the hotel, and on-site restaurant to order a quick meal, before my (very early) flight the next morning. Shuttle was a bit delayed, which was disappointing, but otherwise a great stay!
