The location is convenient with free shuttle from the airport. Hotel is clean, staff is nice, lobby and room are clean with nice coffee for free. Only thing to complain is the water pressure at shower, a bit too low to have a good shower.

super quiet..best restful sleep. the towels needed to be upgraded to new and fluffy ones ( the ones in my bathroom were old and not so white anymore). the sink vanity badly needed an upgrade, the shelf below is warped, peeling and the entire bathroom has a musty smell. other than that, if you’re only here to expect a peaceful sleep after a long day, this is the place to be. Oh and of course, the staff were great!!

For the price we paid I fully expected this to be a high end hotel based on the price I paid (a few dollars short of $500 for one night). It is not. The bathtub was all chewed up on the bottom (vandalized with a knife blade?), grout in between tile in bathroom looked dirty/stained. I have paid substantially less for much nicer and bigger hotel rooms over looking the ocean in Vancouver. I guess that’s the price you pay for not booking in advance. I would not stay here again.

Very close to airport and the shuttle service a good option. Two malls in walking distance from the hotel. The only downside is that you have to prebook maid service. It was fine I just ask for clean towels at desk but just a little inconvenience. Overall staff were freindly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was fine, area surrounding felt safe, and had lots of food options but limited variety of choice of types of food. Bed was very comfortable. Room was basic and clean but could use a refresh and deep cleaning. Dinner at the restaurant was great but breakfast was sparse for the price charged. Appreciated the courtesy shuttle to and from airport.

Arrived to find large rats running around parking lot infront of entrance doors. Checked in to our room to find a fridge that didnt work, a bed with no fitted bed sheet on it, and the a/c was making loud noises all night. Pictures on line also show a pool, that they dont have. Pictures on line make it look nicer than it actually is.

This property had no glassware in the room and when we asked for a couple of wine glasses, they said they didn’t have any. They said we could go and get them at 5 o’clock from the restaurant and this was 3 o’clock in the afternoon the value for what we paid was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Vancouver.
