Convenient and nice staff, facilities up to par for my needs. I need to be downtown Richmond it is convenient to get around.

Disappointed

Pros: close to the 3rd ave. of Richmond.
Cons: Free parking, free breakfast, and better communication.
Location: Aberdeen Center
My wife has been stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Vancouver Airport for couple times before so she wanted to stay there again. However, we noticed that we have to pay for the parking once we arrived there. I paid $10 per day. There was no free breakfast. We also found some lipstick mark on one of the pillows. The worst thing is now they charged $75 to my credit card without telling me. I need to call them to find out what's that $75 for.

Convenient to Vancouver Airport

Location: Lots of Chinese restaurants!
Was only there for an overnight, with a late arrival and early departure but the room was clean and comfortable. The only drag was that they charge for the parking......just another way to nickel and dime you.

No warning of power outage

We had a longstanding reservation. Arrived late after an exhausting day of travel. The idea was to be able to sleep in before leaving for our next leg of travel at Noon. In the course of our 11:30PM check in we were told that the neighborhood electricity was being cut off from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. The restaurant was to be closed for breakfast. Electric, water etc. were shut down. I know this was a power company decision but I believe they had days of notice. They should have informed us as soon as it came up and given us the option to change our plans. We were stuck.

Nice hotel nearby all kinds of restaurants.

Pros: Very good staff in its front desk
Cons: Hotel restaurant needs to inprove
Location: Not to far from airport. There is a lot of shops nearby the hotel.
Nice service and very good location to shopping center and restaurants.
