Very clean and comfortable property. Enjoyed the morning breakfast and shuttle transport to the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is not too close to the Richmond City center so it might be harder to get around although there is a Richmond shuttle. Fairly close walking distance to the Skytrain which is helpful for transport. Would consider staying at this property again in the future.

I liked how the staff was friendly and helpful. Getting into downtown Vancouver was easy and straight forward. Parking was easy. Our scenery from our rooms were beautiful as well. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, our experience here was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint. Morning breakfast is a mad rush of people and if you arrive late some items (oatmeal, bacon) was not replenished.

We choose the hotel for its convenience to the airport for an early flight. The location was noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could have used a list of restaurants in the area within walking distance.

Noisy - no sleep for us

The room was located near the Costco loading dock which was noisy until 2 am. We had the window open because the air conditioner in the room was so noisy.
