We came in at 3:05pm and clerk said room was not ready. He called housekeeping and she said we have to wait 15 minutes as. We did not get the keys until 3:25 pm . I reserved a handicapped room snd the clerk tried to say we did not have that but I had the printed the reservation which said accessible room on it. I paid more for that room and due to mobility issues I needed that room. We asked for a manager they said “no manager on duty” clerk on evening shift was giggling and unprofessional! Hotel is across the street from a noisy Costco which makes noise very early in morning around 4 am. No restaurant in hotel and breakfast buffet average. Next day manager Said that they have late check out to guests at 2 pm. They knew they had booked the room but they did not get it ready in time for 3 pm checkout. Refused any compensation and I had to complain to Travelocity when I got home! Don’t stay here! Go somewhere else!!!

I ordered an accessible room for handicapped people and paid more than a regular room. We arrived at 3:05 pm. Check in time is. 3 pm. Clerk at front desk saw that the room had not be cleaned as they allowed previous guests to stay until 2 pm. They tried to give me a non handicapped room and I explained that I could fall as I have knee issues and need grab bars. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Staff refused to get a manager and said no manager on the weekends! Room was across from a Costco and noise can be heard as delivery trucks come early. Hotel is not near restaurants and you need a car. Staff not friendly and the evening clerk giggling as he did not care about the fact it was not ready. Don’t stay here!

My room was very clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent and on time for my two trips. The pillows and bed were extra comfortable and I had a great sleep (although short due to flights). The breakfast looked great but I didn’t partake. I would definitely book here again!

This is a great hotel for people flying in and out of YVR. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle and the secure long term parking. The area around Costco (by the hotel) can get super busy at times, which can mean lots of traffic. Breakfast was good. Beds super comfy. Rooms spacious and relatively quiet, but you do hear planes and some street noise. They have a white noise machine, which we checked out, but we decided to just use the fan which sounds the same while moving the air around too :) Overall very pleased with this property.
