For an executive king bed room there was only one armchair which was uncomfortable. The bedside plugs on on one side did not work….multiple visits from housekeeping before a big enough extension cord was found. There were no glass - only plastic cups. Wasn’t happy

The bathroom door was also very noisy when it opened and closed. During check-in, they insisted that I show them an ID with my English name, saying it didn't match the name on my reservation. It was already past 1 a.m., and this had caused us a lot of trouble, which was very unpleasant."
