"Great airport hotel within a few minutes walk from the terminal. Beds were comfortable and we like that the bathroom had north bathtub and shower. A bonus that the hotel uses Le Labo products! We definitely will stay there again for an overnight layover."

"Had a bad start of our stay at this hotel. the room was comfortable, nice view as booked but the bathroom was poorly cleaned, (tub had hairs), hotel offered to change to a different room however the room had the same issue, this time was a dirty curtain (pink mold). The hotel arranged promptly to clean the tub and after that we didn't have more issues. Hotel is located in Richmond, in a marina and some sort of industrial zone, there is a 15 min walk, including a very busy bridge crossing to the nearest train station: Capstan. Hotel offers courtesy bike rentals. Hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop however we liked better the breakfast at "Trees" coffee shop in Capstan station.. The hotel is good for families with grown up kids, I won't recommend it for small kids as the surroundings are not suitable."
