Only suggestion is that they have a cart for loading luggage. I was carrying my luggage and my daughter's (she had to be elsewhere upon arrival) and I could not handle all the luggage at once. Not a good location to leave unattended luggage outside the hotel.

This hotel was so bougee and I loved it! Right when we walked in, I was greeted with an amazing smell! When a hotel smells good, you know you are staying in great place. Staff were attentive and the room was excellent! Will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the Crypto arena. The room was spacious, the curtains blocked out all the light and the shower had a "rainfall" shower head.

I really like the location right in the middle of koreatown with lots of nearby options for food and drinks. Parking was across the street and easy to access.
