"We had a fantastic 1 night stay, we was really lucky with the weather so got to enjoy the balcony on our room. Was lucky to get a refurbished room, decor is fresh and nautical. The breakfast was delicious! If i could pass on a couple of improvements to hotel it would be larger size dressing gowns, they would fit size 8 perfect which most people are not, maybe it was just our room! To have a bottle opener in the room too would have been useful. These did not take away from our stay, it was brilliant and loved our anniversary cake and card, it was a lovely touch!"

"This a new hotel just opened in April of 2025. This is a such 5 star hotel in every way: Beautiful interior in the room as well as downstairs lobby, coffee shops and bar and restaurant and lounge. Every one is super friendly nice and the best thing a it’s literally 3 min walk to subway or they called it Tube station and there’s a line which goes directly to the airport with no change of trains. Also, good Indian restaurant is right across the street and good Chinese restaurant and Thai and two markets in a 3 minute walk. Best location ever and best hotel ever."

"We enjoyed our stay there. Easy to find and get transportation to central London. Very nice facilities and our room had a balcony for extra seating. For those who smoke, there’s a covered seating area out front. The staff are great."
