Great View - But HOT.
The description said the place had A/C. What they didn't say is that the A/C is a window unit only in the living room. It was extremely hot in the house when we arrived. It was like the A/C had just been turned on. We kept it on the entire time we were there and it never really cooled the room. The hosts did bring some fans for the bedrooms, which was nice. It's a mountain house, so be prepared for the stairs. The top deck floor gets really really hot - be careful and wear shoes. The view is beautiful - but you must keep the blinds shut at all times to keep out the heat. The rest of the house is as described.

Amazing view but outdated
The house was perfect and just what we needed. However the how is pretty outdated. But the amazing view makes up for it. Hot tub can be a tad bit cleaner as well. Overall no problems.

Great view of the lake - but the house is aging
This house has a great view of the lake from the living room. But the rest of the house needs a lot of upgrades. BRs and bath downstairs need an upgrade - feel cramped and not much light. BR and Kitchen upstairs could use some upgrades as well. Balcony has a BBQ - igniter did not work. Hot tub does not look so inviting especially in this age of the coronavirus.

several unexpected hassles and issues
- The electricity breaker and wiring system for the house is very old; we had power outages every 10-12 hours. We had to turn off/on the breaker every time to bring back electricity to the affected rooms since the breaker itself wouldn't reflect on/off.
- The hot tub was off upon arrival; the Hot tub breaker/fuse was off. Took 2.5 days for the Hot tub to warm up. We stayed there for 4 nights and only were able to use the HotTub the last night
- A heater in the master bedroom was not working; Property manager gave us two portable space heaters to use instead
- Hot water in the master bedroom shower was not working; the plumber had to come on the 3rd day to fix the shower. (Made it difficult to use one shower with hot water for 9 people)
On the upside, Dave our contact point with the property management company was exceptionally helpful!! All the issues that got resolved were due to his responsiveness. The property has a great view and a great location. If they take care of some of the issues related to it being an older building, it is a great place to stay.
