Clean room and comfortable our second stay in a week although the 9th floor room was very compact and nowhere to put our luggage The bathroom was also very small with a sliding door that was very noisy at night.

Night Hotel Broadway
For a budget motel on the UWS it's very nice. I was traveling solo so I had a very small room with a bed, desk, TV, and bathroom, and that's really all I needed. Location at 94th and Broadway was perfect for my purposes. Water pressure isn't great, and the TV signal crapped out on my 3rd night, but ...
