The room tends to be cold due to the windows and also takes time to heat up. There’s a fair bit of noise from below - you’ll be hearing a lot of music, beeping and yelling now that it’s spring. Location is great for food but there are a lot of drug-users and homeless in the area if that’s a concern for you. Maybe I’m just hard to impress but it was just ok for me. "
