The surrounding neighbourhood, St. Roch, has seen better days. There are plenty of excellent food and coffee options remaining, but many shops on St. Joseph have shuttered in recent years and there has been a massive increase in the homeless population. Parking prices at this hotel are unnecessarily steep, but there's plenty of street parking nearby, especially on weekends when the 60min limit doesn't apply. "

Hotel itself is okay, however, little issues like the room phone - not very modern. Key cards tend to malfunction at times. Elevator does not stop at requested floor all the time which is nerve racking. In my opinion, quite pricey for the type of hotel. "
