Very nice room - bed was comfortable and room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was very nice and felt very safe, and was within easy walking distance to lots of tourist attractions downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown toronto so there are plenty of things and amenities to explore. One issue I have had was the toilet in the morning does not refill water in its own tank (plumbing issue?) so once you flush, that's that.

Restaurants and shops nearby, staff were very friendly. My big issue was just that the entire hotel reeked of this really nauseating essential oil smell. The lobby, the hallways and even my room smelled of it. Every time I came back into the hotel the smell just hit me like a wall.
