I asked about airport shuttle and told them i needed on it but they didnt tell me i had to be on the list and they didn't put me on it. This was the reason i stayed there. It was a cluster no care taken said i could fo standby but the driver thought i was nuts. They gave me the resort fee back which of course was an inconvenience they pay you a few days later you have to get a cab and pay the difference, just no give a crap at this hotel and ive stayed before they dont mind charging a resort fee but dont want to give service. Sad. Look else where

We arrived at 4:45 pm Check in time was 4:00 Room wasn't ready. Kept getting told: "a few more minutes" several times before getting our room key around 5:20 Absolutely unacceptable I asked for a room discount due to the incompetence Was given only a bottle of water and a late checkout Totally unacceptable when we paid for one of the more expensive suites
