The king corner suite is a but small for what you pay. We had a broken loose tap and it was pretty dirty around it on the counter (in the cracks) the floor mats in the bathroom get stuck on the door every time you open it. The windows let in a lot of cold air so its cold in the room on that side. They give 4 bottles of water and state 2 are complimentary.. as well as only 3 coffee pods...I paid 1000 for 2 nights, I think I should get more than 2 bottles of water for crying out loud. There was no offer of a trolley for bags when we checked in so we had to carry multiple bags up, even though I also paid for Valet parking. The snack bar was out of chacuterie boards and they couldnt get more. There was only 2 restaurants available for room service and they were not so tasty to either of us. It seems overall like they are understaffed and a lot of these issues COULD be fixed...if they wanted to.
