The place didn't meet my expectations and while I think honest reviews and tranparency is important, I haven't had an experience like this ever while renting any homes. Then as a business owner myself, the host refuse to provide his or her name which I found odd and unprofessional. The front door would not lock properly because of a loose screw that we fixed on numerous occasions. The kitchen needs major upgrades and smelled like mold. Carpet on steps was very old and dirty. Carpet didn't look safe for the two toddlers we had with us. Living area was extremely cold, yet upstairs rooms was so uncomfortably hot and with the old carpet made it difficult to breath for some. Dinning area or back porch with the old table was not only unappealing, but was so small, no one can really eat/fit at the table comfortably.On the other hand, the location wasn't bad and we found it to quiet and close to the casinos.Overall I found this place to be a last-minute, have no choice stay for single adults who are traveling to Atlantic City to go to the casinos or beach.

Checking in was okay. The space was wonderful for my son and his friends. They took the downstairs I slept upstairs. Plenty of TVs with WiFi for entertainment. Property very clean. Beds were comfortable. Although I cooked my own food before arriving there. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. Two bathrooms came in handy for shower time. My son celebrated his 21 st birthday in style. He was very happy with his stay. We already discussed coming back to enjoy a summer weekend here. Definitely worth every penny. Host was very attentive and communicated in timely manner. Thank you again.

Review

The property was very nice but not as aspected from the pictures. The pictures made the property seem newer and the walls were peeling off in the closet. Also there wasnt space to put our food in the cabinet because there was food left from previous tenants. Something we werent able to use was the dining table given that it was inside the laundry room with the boiler and made the area really uncomfortable to eat. Also for future reference, if the grass could be cut because there was a lot of bugs and flys. Overall we did enjoy our stay and we rate this a 3/5!

the house was a great size and the beds were very comfortable the only down fall was that it was only 1 tv in the house to watch. it rained all weekend so we didnt get to go out much so i had to watch my phone. Also the fridge water and ice maker was not hooked up so that was a downfall for me because i like ice. outside of these issues the home was nice and communication was excellent they respond within minutes. I would stay again if i ever visited but hopes for more tvs
