Beach block! 4 Bed 2 Bath - 1st floor duplex!

Stylish, comfortable and convenient to all! This home is the FIRST floor of a completely renovated duplex - one block from some of one of Brigantine's most beautiful beaches, and a few blocks walk to town.

The home has one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and 2 rooms with a twin bed each. Sleeps six.

The home was fully renovated, and has central air and heat. The corner lot allows sunlight to flood the rooms, and the cross-breezes to keep you cool - whether sitting on the rockers on the front porch or inside. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The house has cable and internet.

Discover all that Brigantine has to offer - its pristine and large beaches, quaint center of town, great restaurants, 18-hole golf course, public tennis courts, farmers market, public bay beaches, boat launches, fishing, and weekly activities put on by the town (such as movie night on the beach). For a change from Brigantine's quiet charm, drive ten minutes across the bridge to enjoy the shows, casinos, restaurants and boardwalk of Atlantic City.

If you are accommodating large numbers - multiple generations or siblings' families - consider renting the whole house - upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs is VRBO #1325009.

Quel beau sĂ©jour Ă  Brigantine! L’accueil chaleureux de Chrissy, la maison parfaitement situĂ©e et confortable ont contribuĂ© Ă  rendre notre sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables. L’ajout d’une table et des chaises pour manger Ă  l’extĂ©rieur pourrait rendre l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able.

We were on the bottom floor. The property itself was fine, however, the noise from the people, toddlers and company they had walking (running) around above was terrible. You could hear every step, or stomp they took. Therefore we were up when they got up. There was no sleeping in or taking a nap on vacation. No peace and quiet as long as they were home which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Beach break

We decided to go to the shore on a whim and by miracle this place was available. Great location, 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, pretty interior. The kids and adults enjoyed the stay.

Great Stay in Brigantine

The host was very prompt, reaching out the day before our check-in with a new unique door code for our use, as well as parking and property usage instructions. The day before our check-out, the host again reached out with thanks and departure instructions. Communication was encouraged between us and the host and the host was very responsive. Overall an excellent, stress free stay! Thanks Chrissy!

Location was great. However it was over priced and a very uncomfortable stay. The house had an old mildew distinctive stench. It needs a deep deep cleaning. Owners need to shut business down and give this place some real TLC. Because if we are patronizing a business this is not worth it. Refrigerator had dead fruit flies. Utensils were not clean. Bathroom was not disinfected, toilet paper holder rusted. There was black mold falling from the shower head. What appeared to be clean towels they were on the floor in the linen closet. And if you are looking to watch Tv forget about it. The bedroom with the queen size bed owners have the audacity to have a 13in computer monitor in place of a TV. we were so annoyed. Way too over priced we felt like we stayed in a low budget Motel. I would say it is a short walk to the beach!

Great, comfortable house.

A wonderful time with friends. Great location. The owner Chrissy was responsive from the time we booked, with any questions we had. She recommended a linen rental service which was so convenient since we were flying. The quality of the linens and towels was top notch. I would rent this house again.

Perfect Beach Weekend!

Chrissy couldn't of been more accommodating or friendly for our stay. The house was even nicer and spacious in person. We had everything we needed in the house and had no complaints. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A short walk or drive was all you needed. Would definitely stay again!

Came and stayed for a weekend getaway with friends, loved that we could just walk to the beach. Only complaint would be that you can hear ever from the apartment upstairs! 6am wake up call every morning as kids were upstairs! đŸ˜« Host was great with communication!

Awesome stay

We had a great stay at Chrissy’s. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for a girls weekend. It’s a close walk to the beach and there are lots of little restaurants and bars near by. Atlantic City is a short car ride away if you are looking for some night life. We had the pleasure of meeting Chrissy and she was so nice and welcoming! Her hospitality was incredible! We will definitely stay at one of Chrissy’s places again! Thanks for having us!
