ACCESS & ENTRY

Guests have access to the entire home, driveway, pool, and patio.

This is a multi-level property with stairs to the second and third floors.

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp.

Late checkout incurs a $100/hour fee.



PARKING

Front driveway fits 2 vehicles

Free street parking available where permitted

Do not block driveways or sidewalks

Guests are responsible for following street parking signs and any resulting tickets



MAIL

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the property.



ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES

Located in a beach town environment; occasional noise from cars or foot traffic is possible.



SECURITY

Exterior Ring cameras monitor the front and back of the property.



HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS

At The Brigantine Beach House, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we address concerns as quickly as possible.



CLEANING

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Minor oversights may occur, but significant issues will be corrected promptly.



HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

Appliances and systems may occasionally malfunction. While we cannot guarantee against unexpected issues, we will work quickly to resolve them.
