The reason for my 3 star rating for Property condition & facilities, is due the pool being closed for the season and only pool with access cost you $20 to use it. I find that to be unbelievable.

The bathroom was not cleaned good there was hair in the shower and in the toilet area on the floor I took pictures of the hair on the floor in the toilet area and I believe on the sink.

This place was awful after 17 days bunches of money kept our phonesput our things outside on a dumbwaiter over nite while we could still gamble kept our phones was ripped off by a van driver for a ride overcharged us over and over on our credit card I will definitely be calling cessers

The hotel was fine, overall. The tower we stayed in was cleaner than the usual Harrah's rooms and it didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The service was decent and they helped us find a room on the same floor as our family members. The room itself was spacious and had a view of the marsh, which was nice. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door. I don't know why places design sliding doors for bathrooms because they don't block any noise whatsoever AND there was a giant gap between the door and the wall. So if you were standing in the room and you turned your head, you could see the person directly on the toilet. TERRIBLE design! The parking garage also charged us to leave when we paid for parking in advance, because our room card didn't work despite them saying it would. So I had to call customer service after our trip and request a refund. It took them a few weeks but they refunded us the charge.

I upgraded to the renovated side of the hotel only to find that going to bed at night and waking up in the morning the entire floor reeked of pot. It was disgusting. Bad quality of customers will always equal problems and loss.
