The hotel staff were friendly and room was clean!!! Had to keep bugging them for towels for the four of us because they only wanted to give us towel sets for 2 people. The main lobby/breakfast area was clean. The bottom floor of hotel smelled like weed but when we got up to our floor it was clean and smelled clean! The pool could have been cleaner, we only utilized it one time in the morning. Too crowded most of the time we were there. Just close enough to the boardwalk for easy access but far enough away from all the chaos! Quiet and good parking!

Extremely Unsafe and Unclean – Avoid This Hotel This was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon entering the room, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke — not only in the air but coming from both the air conditioner and refrigerator, which were both non-functional. The room itself was completely unsanitary: there was hair left in the shower, and visible blood stains on the shower curtain. The TV did not work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there were cockroaches walking openly throughout the room. In addition to the condition of the room, the surrounding environment felt unsafe. There appeared to be prostitution activity and individuals openly using drugs just outside the hotel. I verbally reported this to the front desk staff, and also provided video evidence showing the unsanitary condition of the room. Despite this, the staff dismissed my concerns and stated there was “nothing they could do.” I was refused a refund, even though I raised these issues less than five minutes after checking in. What made this situation even more upsetting is that I am 4½ months pregnant and had my toddler with me. I made this clear to the staff, yet received no consideration, no assistance, and no understanding. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel. It is not only poorly maintained, but also a potential safety risk — especially for families and vulnerable guests. This property is not suitable for travelers and should be review

The pictures online do not meet the property standards at all. The property is very outdated. The stairs walking up to the room are dirty with food and just not kept. The room is very outdated and ceiling tiles were slight open in some areas. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and it was clean for the most part. Housekeeping wakes you up every day at 9am even if you have the “do not disturb” sign on the handle. The sheets and towels had stains. The hallway smelled of smoke and alcohol. Overall it’s a nice place to stay short term or for the night if you’re on a budget.
