They gave me a room that was a part of the suite. The person next-door appeared to be intoxicated and was screaming and put her TV very loudly. we had to call security two times. She did put the volume of TV little bit lower, but we still had no chance to relax.. after we went downstairs to talk to the front desk representative she offered us to move to another room . She called bell boy and in the middle of the night we had to move to another room. The question : why she moved out to another room why not person who cause a trouble. Another situation: the first day stay in the room 1049. We came to the room after breakfast and noticed the lady was using our phone charger without asking.

The resort was ok. There wasn’t much else to do except gambling. The food selection was limited and the staff weren’t overly friendly. Overall was an ok stay but may not stay here again in the future.

My complaint is about the room I stayed in. First; every time someone flushed their toilet in my immediate area, the pipes would make a loud noise and caused the pipes in bathroom to vibrate hard. Then there’s the loud stopping noise from above me. The room requested was not what I wanted, but well it truly was a lesson learned.

Self park was totally full, drove up and down for 25 min looking for a spot. The overflow lot was closed - on a Saturday night- we had to wait for valet and did not get reimbursed for self park pricing. The concierge checking in was not too friendly handed us the keys and didn’t tell us how to get to the room. Room was ok hallways and doors are outdated, one light blinking in the room didn’t fully work but operable. Decent for the money they charge
