Curtis’ place is great, just as described. Very clean, obviously newly renovated. We used it as our hub to go on day trips to Boston, Providence, Newport, Quincy and it was a great place to come back to. Beds are insanely comfortable - best we’ve ever experienced on any trip anywhere. Curtis was very communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful. Was a wonderful place to stay.

This home was very clean, modern and in a great location. Curtis was very communicative and even sent restaurant recommendations. This location was perfect as we took a short drive to the train station where we parked and boarded the train to Salem. Super fast and easy! This location was also a short drive to North Boston where we had the most delish Italian food. I'm so glad we found rhis gem in Boston, we will definitely be back and book with Curtis! We had a very nice stay. The host was very responsive and attentive. He checked in by text often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay there again. The amenities were great. We always found parking close to the house. The apartment is in the basement, but you don't feel like you're in a basement.
