The property is well kept, at first I thought the parking was horrendous, only to find out you were able to use the lot across the street from the hotel. The hotel is not far from getting to downtown TD Garden, in traffic about 15 minutes, non traffic about 8-10 Some of The staff a little uninformative, and unfriendly, it’s like they didn’t care to be there, and expected you to know there job, without them giving the information. Overall I will stay there again, I don’t have to deal much with the staff once checked in.

No airport shuttle

Do not recommend as its an airport hotel without any shuttle service. Must pay for UBER. Wish I had realized this before booking

Convenient location, safe and clean. Wonderful staff. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t share any thoughts about it. My only suggestion is if you have any kind of physical limitation, you may want to ask for a room not so far from the elevators . The walked to my room was quite a distance. Not sure if there are elevators on the opposite side. I didn’t see any. Also, the temperature in the building seemed unusually hot and stuffy. Needs better circulation.

Good location. Our daughter attended NU. Hotel location is very good for shopping because it’s connected to the Prudential Building. Many others hotel also connected via a bridge. Perfect weather for cold or rain. The hotel also connects to a Brazilian restaurant. It was very good. Breakfast was bad because it was low seasoned. We arrived on the 2nd of January. We waited over 45 minutes and our food not even started. We told the waiter and manager. We finally had to leave for an appointment. We normally have their buffet breakfast which cost $30pp but only weekend during low season. I think the hotel was short of staff. We had better service before.

Wedding in Boston

Stay was great as usual. States at the Fairfield because we were todi t was remodeled. Disappointed I did not have a kitchen this time.
