There was nothing this hotel did right, except for the breakfast. Told me my reservation was cancelled when I checked in to shake me down for a higher rate until I showed them the reservation confirmation. Showers were dirty.

Check in went fairly smooth. However, upon inspection of the room, the fitted sheets were on the bed upside down. The pillowcases were inside out. The toilet seat was filthy. The tub was dirty and had toenail clippings inside of it. Multiple surfaces had hair on them. Also, when we went to see the pool, the door locks head malfunctioned, and you had to go to the front desk if you wanted someone to open it. When we need more towels, there was no one available to bring them so you had to go to the front desk to pick them up. They definitely could benefit from better cleaning of the rooms and more people working in the evening hours to assist guest.

The rooms were comfortable Bathrooms very nice, deeper tub ! The breakfast eating area was very nice spacious comfortable well maintained. Breakfast was included. There were slightly different hot items every day. Eggs, some type of meat, a variety of fried potatoes. I would stay there again.
