There was nothing this hotel did right, except for the breakfast. Told me my reservation was cancelled when I checked in to shake me down for a higher rate until I showed them the reservation confirmation. Showers were dirty.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the walls seemed thin—I could hear conversations from the surrounding rooms. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay. The breakfast looked nice, though I didn’t have time to enjoy it. My trip was for work, not vacation, and I found it unreasonable to be required to sign up for a “free” service that demanded an excessive amount of personal information. The fine print stating that non-members could be charged a fee didn’t sit right with me. I assume the additional $25 charge for “incidentals” was related to that. The cell service was strong, so I just used my mobile hotspot—but I’ll need to double-check my bill. Overall, the hotel was nice and suited my needs well.

Excellent staff! Very clean! Close to all the shops. Great breakfast! The fireplace outside is the best part. My only complaint is the pool could be a little warmer. Other than that this hotel is perfect for a short stay
