I booked a room with a double bed and was given a king size bed with a pullout sofa, when I asked to change rooms was given the run around saying I was never guaranteed a double bed room. Finally was given a room with a double bed on my 3rd day there. Staff was not very accommodating and friendly. Staff at buffet took forever to tend to you as well. I was also not impressed with the bathrooms in the room, they have no privacy and if you are traveling with teenagers or young adults it makes it hard for showers. Bathrooms have no doors and showers have glass doors. For the price I was not impressed will not be returning

Super nice resort, great for family and adults (mature adults). Clean, neat, organized, amazing structure and decoration. Dining options are great. Kids activities are decent - I travelled with my 2 kids but personally didn't use the kids club. Kids love the kids pool. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Our only bad experience was the internet connection - it was terrible!!

Went for 4 nights with a child and my wife. Kids club was great and shows as well, really good quality entertainers but theater itself was very strange- semi outdoors, bad acoustics. While staying- bathroom glass door hinge broke- door was hanging on one hinge and we put trash container for support- after numerous complaints hotel stuff finally fix it by the end of the day- notice that bathroom shower have no privacy. And a bit outdated bathrooms. Food was ok -but last dinner- I had some lamb that was probably not cooked well- and get some stomach problems next day. Ice is bad- if order drinks better with no ice. Waiters not helpful in choosing food . Worst part was- at last day of stay- went to the beach- get some towels in front of crew and start preparing beach chairs al- Put my stuff and etc- one of the beach stuff was extremely rude- like I am not supposed to be there because not member of the club, after asking my room number, I swear haven’t seen any signs, that came up to major confrontation- he refused to show where to go and start being aggressive- I end up using some f words - so as he, really annoying to come for vacation and dealing with attitude of some crew. After complaining to manager- 0 effort was done- nothing was offered. And also worth to mention- internet during our stay was super slow, I couldn’t do simple emails browsing, even in the room was pretty bad- their stuff was fixing it 3 times- after last attempt room wifi was ok

Beautiful resort. Well maintained and clean. Tons of food and beverage options on the property. The beach is clean and quiet. My only complaints, if any, would be with the room. The lack of door leading into the bathroom could be awkward for some families. The water closet does have a door so that’s good. Also, the AC is set at 71 and seems to constantly cycle on and off. It’s gets a little annoying at night, but it a big deal. And lastly, the plunge pool on the roof top could use a little cleaning. It didn’t seem to be circulating the water at all. Otherwise, our stay was amazing. The staff’s hard work ensured it was amazing. PS: bring plenty of singles to tip the staff. They work really hard for your comfort.

The resort is a good 40-45 min from the airport and is on the North side of Cancun. The resort provides a shuttle service but it costs a lot for non club reservations. So instead, we booked Happy Shuttle online and they proved to be super organized and professional. If we visit again, we will consider properties closer to Cancun. 2. We planned to visit the Chichen Itza and Mayan villages for a day trip. While this trip was again smooth (booked through Viator), we noticed that some tour providers were reluctant to pick us up as far North as Finest. So our trip options were somewhat limited, but the tour that we ended up with was great! So while the online reservation process was a little tedious, we did not walk away thinking that we missed anything by choosing to stay at Finest. 3. The resort itself is very nice and luxurious. The rooms are very spacious, airy, and comfortable. Our room that was a junior suite with pool view, was on the 5th floor, and had a covered balcony with a fabulous view of the ocean! The rooms were cleaned and restored every day with fresh towels, water, alcohol, and snacks. Room service (breakfast, food/drinks, anything else) is also very prompt and the staff is very courteous. 4. The resort has 12 restaurants serving various cuisines and vegetarian options. Good food, but not outstanding.
