Terrible service . Front desk people were not helpful, we booked Family room and they downgraded us to a junior suite and blamed it back on us saying we asked for more beds . We didn't even ask for it. We booked family room well knowing it comes with king size bed (also is more expensive than a junior suit) but what we needed family room with our 2 little kids so they can sleep between me and my husband without rolling over and falling . When asked at the guy at the front desk he was so rude and told us there is nothing can be done. They Ended up joining our two double beds and rite in the middle was the light lamps on top of our face . my kids banged their heads on those sharp lamps while in their sleep tossing and turning at night time. Front desk guy was so rude and didn't help at all.

We love this resort and had a wonderful time on our second stay here. We love all the pool options, the beach, always able to find loungers at the beach and the food options. We were platinum this time and it was nice to be able to book restaurants through the butler. Only problem was my daughter's blanket went missing after a room clean, and we were never able to track it down. Everything else was wonderful and we will probably be back!

We recently stayed in Villa 26 during the Day of the Dead celebrations. Overall, the property is very nice and well maintained — clean, comfortable, and visually appealing. However, the experience did not fully meet our expectations. The food was decent but not as impressive as many reviews suggested; it was clean and acceptable, but nothing particularly special or upscale. The beach, unfortunately, was a major disappointment. It had an unpleasant odor and the water looked murky, almost like sewage, which made it unappealing to swim in. Additionally, the resort was much louder than expected. There were multiple nights of loud local parties, and the noise carried easily through the rooms due to poor sound insulation. We were not aware that this resort could be such a party environment, and it made it difficult to relax.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful resort and the food was excellent. Our butlers were able to make a dinner reservations for the entire week at reasonable times for us!! We are not pool people but did enjoy the pool with the coffee shop each morning and Dolores nearby for lunch every day.

All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were lots of fun activities and entertainment every day, and the environment around the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The food was quite good — nothing extraordinary, but solid and satisfying. My favorite place was the café, where you could always grab a snack whenever you felt hungry. The only minor inconvenience was that for dinner, if you didn’t want the buffet and wanted to try one of the à la carte restaurants, you had to make a reservation two days in advance — and sometimes if you went too late, they were already fully booked. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! 🌴

The resort, room, and amenities were awesome. I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times, however, it has been about 8 years so a lot of things have changed. The only thing we didn’t like was being pressured immediately by our “concierge” to go to a presentation before we had even seen our room. We told her we were not interested, but she kept insisting. After flat out saying absolutely not, she called our room multiple times until we answered to pressure us once again to which we said no. Left a really negative feeling. Not sure if we will return.

I upgraded and Platinum and wouldn’t do it any other way. I had a butler who catered to me 24 hours a day. My butler made my dinner reservations and would pick me up in the golf cart within minutes when I need to go to a different part of the resort. The roof top bar was beautiful. Staff were amazing, always asking if you needed anything. Soooooo much to do. Entertainment- 10/10 Food - was actually really delicious. This is our 5th All inclusive resort and this resort was probably the best. I loved how there are 3 hotels on one resort. Making it massive and so much to do for the whole family. They were not overly pushy on becoming members, I was very stern at the very start we were not interested.
