the house was cute and tidy. I though the overall condition very good. Negatives were no liquid shower soap, and no shampoo and conditioner. No coffee bean grinder. There are three bedrooms and then a fourth sleeping room that is attached to the masterbedroom. So, if privacy is needed for all four bedrooms, this is not what you will get. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the fourth bedroom. That was not quite clear to me when i made the reservation. It was fine for us, but not ideal if you really need four separate bedrooms. The location was good and I though the neighborhood nice and safe. The living room has ample seating and the dining room too. There are chairs outside for sitting which was very nice.

Wonderful place for our family gathering! We made good use of the open indoor space and comfortable outdoors, including the grill. Enjoyed it all. Very close proximity to our son’s new home in Carson City. Perfect!

This house was great for our visit to the area to go to Lake Tahoe. The only thing I wish was clear in the description is that one bedroom, the two full beds, is only accessed by going through the primary bedroom.

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO house in Carson City. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious and nicely decorated interior made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for our family, providing easy access to local attractions. We had a memorable time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Family in Carson City

This property fit our needs completely! Our family traveled for a funeral, and when the date adjusted, Ethan, the property manager was able to accommodate the change, and whenever I had a question communicated back right away. This is a property I will use again for future visits to the family in the area.
