We had an excellent experience staying at the Hyatt. We were upgraded to a room at a higher level and it was spectacular. Very clean, extremely spacious and excellent view of the city. We will definitely be going back.

Parking garage and elevators/stairs up to lobby are sketchy ! Not clean, smelly and didn’t feel 100% safe. One elevator OOS but there are 2 others. Room is dated and doesn’t look like pics online. But overall, did the job for our girls get away. I would not stay here again. "
