The hotel was very nice BUT! When we checked in we were told we had a balance of $422. We booked a package through Travelocity. In the final fine print, we were aware that there would be a $125 deposit due (separate from the $422). The charge was apparently for the all inclusive package, which was never in the original package, nor did we want it. The shift manager said that we would have to contact Travelocity because they booked it that way. After 2 hours on the phone, we got nowhere. We had to pay if we wanted to stay. Both the hotel and Travelocity knew about this legal scam and both admitted it to me. Done with Travelocity

I did not like the fact that "welcome package" was mandatory. The package contains: breakfast, few water bottles and few coupons for bar in the lobby -all that for approx. $140?! I do not drink, nor have regular breakfast (prefer breakfast outside of hotel). That was, IMO quite bad. Other than that, hotel itself and stuff is very friendly.

Hidden cost 100 per night

The hotel charges anothe 99 per night once they get you there. It is not optional - for 2 breakfast buffets and 3 drinks per day. So if you dont drink and/or are not a breakfast person - too bad. I talked to other guests very unhappy about it too. The hotel staff were very nice and the room was dated but comfortable. But I wont be back over the hidden costs. And by the way I'm m not a breakfast person.
