It took 24hr to have the bathroom drain fixed. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would expect. Also 24 hours wasn’t around to allow us access to the parking garage. However, Employee Ms Parker found out about the issues the next day and worked to resolve

When I arrived there was no one there to let me in so I was standing outside at night for a while, then a resident let me in but there was no one at concierge so I waited in the lobby for a while unable to check in calling the hotel phone number and even Expedia called the hotel number but no one answered the phone. Finally Expedia referred me to relocation services to get me another hotel but at that time the concierge came back and checked me in. Once you check in you have a key card to get in and out. But just the day you arrive if you arrive at night sometimes there may not always be somewhere there at concierge at that time which I noticed when I went in and out during the evenings and nights as well. That said gorgeous place to stay for a few days. Note there are no cleaning services unless you stay there for more than 6 days which was fine with me. Really beautiful property.
