Wonderful brief stay

My room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was wonderful. Late check out was a big help. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I won't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Magnificent mile’s home away from home

This place is in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The housekeeping people are super lovely too! The evening view with the building lights was really soothing too. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback is there needs to be more of a meat option that is not pork other than eggs because 4 types of egg at breakfast is not it. I had chicken sausages one day and the next day the meat choice was just pork. Fruit and yogurt selection was good too! I’d definitely come back and stay again!

Wonderful hotel at a great location!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is newly remodeled and it is super clean and shiny. The little kitchen in the room is very convenient and the double-sink bathrooms are designed very well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was beyond my expectations. And you can't beat the location which is almost right on Michigan ave! I will stay here every time I visit Chicago!

Great location, beautiful hotel

This was an absolute great stay! The hotel was perfectly located and was walkable to so mamy areas. It had great food options in the hotel and was right next door to the 4 story starbucks. It was my husbands and I's first time in Chicago and we would definitely stay here again. The only flaw was the price you pay for parking, it was ridiculously expensive and only allowed so many ins and outs. However, from what we researched, this is normal in Chicago so please look those up if you have a rental.

10/10 I do recommend!

This was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Can you imagine feeling like a super star as you entered the hotel everyday?? That is what it felt like. The location is prime and literally walking distance from food, shops, and activities.
