"The property is very run down and you can tell the locals use ir as a party or long term stay location. Terrible water pressure and water wouldn't stay hot. Beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Would never stay here again. We booked this as a rest/recover spot after exploring Joshua Tree and was so very disappointed that we couldn't get the rest we needed to enjoy our trip."

"Gorgeous hotel. We absolutely loved the multiple ways to relax which is exactly what we needed after a few days of hiking. Saunas, hot tubs, heated pool, fire pits- all available 24/7. Would absolutely come back. "

"This location is providing pictures and information about rooms and then switching them out for basic rooms. You pay for one thing and you get something else. Plus there isn’t anyone there at check-in? You have to wait for someone to contact you and when I asked for the room that I paid for they refused. The rooms and the private pools look nothing like the pictures. I would not recommend anyone stay here at this point unless they stop trying to deceive people. I ended up having to stay at miracle Springs, which is a very nice location and they were very hospitable.. I booked an executive suite and got a basic room.."
