The property had a bunch of options for kids, my 14 year old loved the water park and pools- he played volleyball, did art, and played in the sand. what i didn’t like is the room open concept. i had to sit in a corner facing the wall when my son was showering and vice versa. i also had to change in the toilet room. The systems are not very sophisticated, and there are cards for the room and the towels. so every day i had to carry around 3 cards, when im used to doing the wristband thing at all inclusives. Also- first night, i stepped on a cockroach going to the toilet in the middle of the night. gross out city. i was offered a change of room but then id have to check out, then wait a few hours to get back into a room. the manager called and advised they’d sprayed and things. i tried not to freak, but truly if money weren’t an issue, i would have packed up and went down the road to Palladium.

We found the air conditioners barely kept rooms cool. The food was so so. The service was great and very clean.

Everything was absolutely wonderful minus the food. It’s bearable but could use improvement. The room was beautiful and clean, room service was impeccable, our private pool was cleaned daily, we were respected, property is massive with Jett ski, parasailing, and boat excursions. As a youngster, the buses take you to the crazy parties at the other RIUs. Outside of the food, would stay again.

Exceeded Expectations – Amazing Staff & Service! We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and always professional. A huge thank you to Manager Luna for her exceptional attention to detail and guest care.
