Book a hotel near Dolphin Mall, Sweetwater

"Room was spotless. We really appreciated the pull out bed being ready to go as soon as we had arrived. It had been a long day of travel. Staff was so kind, always asking if we needed anything. Would 100% stay again. "

"AC did not work 1st night in the bedroom. We reported, They said it was fixed but is still was not. Way too cold & hot. It displayed error on the wall unit. We did not touch it. Room was not made . We had to call 2nd day & it was done around 6 pm. After we returned from work. Carpet was not vacuumed. & had the feeling some pillow cases & cover sheet were not changed. (too wrinkled). Pillows were extremely uncomfortable- no Hilton standards "

"Restaurant closed for pictures, and staff kept giving us the runaround about when it would reopen. (It never did.) After a long day of travel, and with our rooms not ready yet, we had to walk to the mall for a bite to eat. Staff was less than helpful. At one point, the photographer even made our party (and all of our luggage) move out of the way in the lobby. Later that evening when Hilton sent the check-in text, I expressed my disappointment. When asked how they could make it better, I said a late check out would be great. I had two rooms booked, but they would only give me a late checkout for one!! Make that make sense?! I would not recommend this Hilton, the staff is super incompetent. "
