I should have asked for pillows. Those huge fluffy pillows hurt my neck. Days later it hurts. Hopefully they have flatter ones next time. The staff were fantastic

Pool was good, lots of lounge space and some floaties for the kids to use. Breakfast was ok but very simple. Our room never got cleaned over 3 days.. I talk to them, but when she came to do it we were sleeping and I asked her to come later, she said no and kept doing the towels and garbage. So not impressed over that, but everything else was ok. The staff was nice and the room was clean when we arrived

We are seniors and we found the toilet was to low and would have appreciated a non slip mat for the tub. This is only a personal observation but overall a good stay.
