We enjoyed our trip and stay at The Westin. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, in the same Hotel we stayed at then. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the Hotel itself was clean and smelled fresh. Our room was noisy though, lots of loud voices between the rooms, and the people staying above us, had kids , that appeared to be jumping off the bed lots making it very loud in our room.

Very good hotel in the Centre of the “Arts” district. We were there on a long holiday weekend so almost everything was closed, although food trucks were setting up in the central square for festive celebrations.

My door bolt didn’t work. I spoke to another woman at the conference and hers didn’t work at another time she was staying there do that’s why she refused to stay at the Westin this time. I understand some hotels don’t want to allocate capital to upgrade (the rooms are very dated) but when it comes to guest safety, this should not be a question of capital allocation. Guest safety should be their number one priority. It is not.

$600 for an old hotel room, no tv remote, rock hard bed and pillows, went for breakfast at 9:40 and was told it was over… very disappointed… I stay at Westin often with my husband and normally like it but not happy this last time.
