"Front desk - Not happy and barely spoke English.
Elevator broken. Stayed on 5th flloor with 4 heavy bags....horrible.
Clumps of hair on towel rack, mold on bath area, burned out light bulbs, sawed off bolts in closet that were rusted and protruded an inch above floor, shower door glass chipped and sharp, electrical outlets would not keep plug seated (worn out), 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels for two people in room, no drinking cups or ice machines. No beach chairs available at check-in(after paying $22 "resort fee").
Location great, hotel unsafe, dirty and in disrepair.
Management would not offer partial refund after writing them. Basically said I was a liar.
