"Staff was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom penthouse. It was spacious and recently updated with a huge terrace/patio. The stucco on the terrace is very old. The view from the room and the terrace is a really beautiful ocean and palm tree view from a distance. You do get a little noise from the roof deck but it’s easy to manage. You may need to go up there and ask people to be conscious of the roof/ceiling below. This is a great Airbnb alternative. Doesn’t really have the amenities of a higher end hotel. The lobby is small, the roof deck / pool area is functional but not luxurious. That being said, if the most important thing to you is the space of the room and the view, the Bentley is a great option. "

"The room was very clean and updated. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just beware that with no front desk staff present on the property, it turns the place into a free for all for guest bad behavior. We stayed for 4 nights and ALL FOUR NIGHTS we were woken up anywhere from 2am-5am with other guests either screaming, fighting or having parties around the hotel. It definitely attracts the party crowd with no onsite supervision. We also called the contact phone number several times with some basic questions throughout the stay and it was very clear that the staff on the other end of the line do not like being bothered. They were always rude and rushed us off the phone for simple questions. Example: We called because we couldn’t find an Amazon package that had been delivered to the hotel. The employee on the phone basically said too bad so sad.. a couple hours went by and we found a maintenance man on the property who had locked up the package for us. A simple offer to help investigate by the employee who answers the phones would’ve been nice and would have saved us a lot of time thinking our package was stolen.. "

"We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. Great location, the hallways are a bit outdated but the rooms are a different world - all updated. Our room was great, nice and clean. Another couple we travelled with had issues with their AC but the staff gave them another room. Ours worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working while we were there but we survived! There’s multiple different buildings with rooms which I didn’t know when we booked, we went around to a few looking for the lobby lol. The lobby is in the first building you see! Happy hour was great and so was the pool, we chilled there when we weren’t out around south beach. "
