The Space:
Welcome to Incline Bliss — a dreamy pet friendly escape for families and adventure-seekers, flanked by the northern shore of Lake Tahoe in Nevada’s Incline Village. Spend all day fishing, glade skiing or exploring lush hiking trails. Neon-lit casinos and a well-known Shakespeare theater festival are some of the other attractions close by.

Rustling pine forests and serene vistas promise a memorable stay. Blending the rustic charm of a ski cabin with the luxuries of modern travel. Incline Bliss boasts a charming vibe. The home comes with a sprawling patio, perfect to bask in the warm sun. Sizzle up the BBQ grill or enjoy outdoor dining at the 6-seater table with hanging outdoor lights.

The living room is bright and sumptuous, adorned with dewy white walls and wooden furniture. The L-shaped tar-black couch surrounds a crackling fireplace and smart TV. Large sliders and framed windows allow ample natural night.

Show off your skills in the adjoining kitchen. Well-stocked and fully functioning, it is complete with Stainless steel appliances, which include coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, air fryer, wine ware and cookware. Enjoy a round of cocktails on the 3 bar stools or make most of the 6-seater indoor dining table, overlooking the forest.

There’s a ping pong table, Dart Board, Foosball, and an additional smart TV to keep you entertained in a heated garage.

The home accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, all offering scenic views and located on the same floor.

Bedroom #1 is equipped with a bunk bed, and desk. Top bunk is a twin, bottom is a full-size mattress.
Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen-size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 is equipped with a Cal-king-size bed and a smart TV and private bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Guest do not have access to the private beaches but they can access the rec center pool, pickle ball courts, frisbee golf course and the golf courses without a rec pass.
There is an additional full bathroom.
A washer/dryer is included.
Driveway parking is available.
Staircase to the front and rear door.
Exterior Security Camera on property.
If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. The pet fee is $35/day per pet. A maximum of 2 pets 50lb limit combined can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

The four IVGID-managed beaches (Burnt Cedar Beach, Incline Beach, Ski Beach, and Hermit Beach) are restricted to owners and their guests only. This rental property does not provide access, nor may guests purchase access for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to explore other public beaches in the area such as Hidden Beach and Sand Harbor in Incline Village, Speedboat Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area in Kings Beach or Moon Dune Beach and Sandy Beach in Tahoe Vista.

Incline Bliss could not be better located. With miles of inviting runs, rugged peaks, and hypnotic views of the famous Lake Tahoe, walking on the paved walking trail to Sand Harbor for Beach relaxation, is a paradise for nature lovers and adrenaline junkies.

Swim in pristine waters, picnic by the lake, and soak in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding. Visit the skateboard park, bowling alley with pool tables, and arcade games.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort remains a favorite for family-friendly with dog parks and skiing. Golf enthusiasts will have a gala time at Incline Village Championship Golf Course.
**Local Ordinances**
Vacation rentals at Lake Tahoe are heavily regulated by local authorities. Occupancy, parking, trash, hot tubs, exterior lights, and noise requirements are non-negotiable. Our homes are not suitable for parties (even small ones), corporate retreats, weddings, receptions, afterburns, or any other gathering that exceeds occupancy.

Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. No street parking allowed. Do not block access to neighboring homes or driveways. No parking on lawns or dirt. No RVs, campers, trailers, off-road vehicles (including snowmobiles) or boats may be parked at the home.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, daily. During quiet hours, no outside noise, lights (except those immediately used for safety), or hot tub use is allowed. Please move your gathering inside the home and close doors and windows so the sound doesn’t travel through the neighborhood.

Guests who violate any requirement may be subject to termination of the rental agreement, up to and including removal from the home without refund, and $2,000 in assessed fines.

**Travel Insurance**
We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event your plans change. Please review the contracted terms and conditions closely when booking.

**Weather**
The weather can change rapidly. Please plan and pack accordingly.

**Driving Conditions**
Guests are advised to check weather and road conditions up to a week in advance of your arrival. We encourage guests to bring paper maps as cell coverage may be limited or strained due to demand.

**Utilities**
The local infrastructure, especially power and internet, are designed for a small population. High demand, especially on weekends and holidays, or environmental conditions including wind, fire, and human negligence can create disruptions in the delivery of power, gas, water, and internet to the region. We encourage guests to exercise patience and plan accordingly when visiting the area. Due to the nature of these outages, Grand Welcome may not be able to provide information regarding anticipated restoration times.

**Property Amenities**
We strive to ensure that all of our listings are current and advertised amenities are available. If you discover that an item that was advertised is not available, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the item is not advertised, it is generally not available, even if you find it in the home (garage, hot tub, grill, snowblower, etc.)

**Starter Supplies**
Grand Welcome provides a small starter set of guest consumables. We encourage guests to bring any additional supplies they may need. Starter consumables include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 pump of hand soap, and wastebasket liner in each bathroom. Full bathrooms also include 1 pump each of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchens offer 2 rolls of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, a fresh sponge, a few loads of dishwasher detergent, and a few trash bags. If your home has access to laundry machines, Grand Welcome also provides a few loads of laundry detergent.

**Winter Access**
Grand Welcome ensures regular snow removal for driveways, access to the front door, and the bear box (trash enclosure). Additionally, if the home has a hot tub, there will be a pathway from the home to the hot tub.

Please note that some snow and ice may be present at the property when you arrive. Shovels and ice melt are provided for your convenience.

Decks, patios, and balconies are cleared as needed, but are not available October through May.

Grills and outdoor furniture are stored for the winter and are available May through October.

**HOA Amenities**
If the home has access to HOA specific amenities such as a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, etc., Grand Welcome will provide access. Since these amenities are managed by a third-party, Grand Welcome cannot guarantee availability.

**Fires**
Fire restrictions are in effect year-round. No outside wood fires, campfires, or charcoal grills. During red flag warnings, all outdoor fires, including gas grills and firepits are prohibited. Guests are responsible for checking weather conditions to know when red flag warnings are in effect.

**Bears**
Bears live here, as do mountain lions, bobcats, eagles, coyotes, and a whole host of other creatures. We encourage you to observe them from a distance. Never try to pet or take photos with wildlife. Do not feed wildlife. Lock all vehicles and doors and windows the home. Grand Welcome does not refund for any personal damage caused by wildlife.

**Trash**
All trash must be secured in the bear box at the home or the communal dumpster. Do not leave any trash outside. If you have extra trash, please notify us so we can assist with removal.

**Accidental Damage Waiver**
Each reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver. This is meant to cover the cost of accidental damage in the home; it does not cover deliberate/negligent damage. An example of accidental damage would be stained bath towels from cleaning a spill in the kitchen. An example of deliberate damage would be taking amenity keycards to use the communal pool after checkout. Guests will be held financially responsible for all deliberate damage. If you discover damage in the home, please report it immediately.

**Grand Welcome**
We want guests to have a Grand Welcome every time they stay with us. If something isn’t right, please call our Customer Care team so we can resolve it.

Perfect House!

The house was great! Clean, organized, every appliance you could need, and a great location. The ID verification came at the very last minute so I had to scramble to upload everything while in the middle of travel. I also didn’t receive check-in instructions by check-in time so I had to call and request it which was annoying.

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay. The location was ideal because we could walk to hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great for Family

Great house in Incline Village for the family. The property company provided easy instructions prior to our arrival. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the Lake and the bike/walking path to Sand Harbor. Some traffic noise in the backyard, but was not a concern and could not be heard from inside the house. The house was well stocked, especially with kitchen appliances (coffee maker, microwave, waffle maker, blender, air fryer, croc pot, rice cooker, probably more that I am forgetting) and kitchen wear. All beds and couches comfortable, smart TVs with easy accessability in living room, one of the bedrooms, and garage. There were a bunch of chairs, a table, rocking chairs, hammock out back, all with cushions available. Pleasant surprise were the beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only complaint was the floors could have been cleaned better by the cleaning company. No specific spots, but socks or bare feet would get dirty after walking on the floors. Could use a general mopping. However, it didn't make our stay any less enjoyable and would highly recommend and stay here again.

Thanksgiving week

We picked this place due to proximity to family. It was great for us for thanksgiving week. Really well stocked kitchen. The real fire kept us cosy and the garage games kept the kids occupied. Great for 4-6 people. We shall be back.

Great location

This property was perfectly located. We love all the near by beaches and bike trail. The property was new, clean and comfortable. A few things that is needed is 1. more kitchen dish towels. Two towels was not enough for a whole week. 2. The multiple secured key lockers were confusing. My suggestion is to keep the functioning key pad on the door and eliminate the others if possible. Everything else was perfect.

Cool summer

The house was equipped with most of what I want. It's closed to the east rim trail so I enjoyed hiking and swimming on hidden beach. I'd like to stay it again.
