We came for a wedding and we were only a few miles from the Sand Harbor Beach where the wedding was being held. It was very cozy and very clean! Great communication with host. Zero complaints.

Paradise in Incline

Unit is lovely with a large common area with large tv and table and counter space to eat at when needed. The outdoor patio was so pleasant each morning to enjoy coffee and use my laptop. We walked to everything - beach, meals, and hikes. The complex was quiet and the families who love the work were so kind. We used the pool which was a nice 84 degrees. The owners were amazing. If I could give them more stars I would. We love to come back with our adult kids.

Responsive and great location

We enjoyed the stay and Daniel was a great host and responsive when we asked questions or requested some missing amenities. The location is great as well close to different beaches and even it is located in the condo complex we couldn’t believe how quiet it was.

Had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and well stocked townhouse. We particularly appreciated the variety of coffee making options and the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and helpful basic spices. We would definitely come back!

Convenient Location with Communication Excellence, but Comfort Concerns

We recently stayed at this VRBO property, and overall, it was a good experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski spot, making it incredibly convenient. Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent and fast, which added to the positive aspects of the stay. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted our comfort. The smoke alarms were beeping throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. While the location was great, it would have been an even better experience if this issue could be addressed promptly. Additionally, the bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable, which affected the overall quality of our stay. In summary, the property offers a great location and effective communication, but improvements in addressing issues like the smoke alarms and bunk bed mattresses would enhance the overall guest experience.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed at this property through the Thanksgiving holiday and had everything we needed. Close to hikes, Incline Beach where our dog swam (even though the water was cold), and we even won a little money at the Hyatt! The property was clean, we enjoyed having use of the fireplace, and big screen TV!

Wonderful Stay

The location is excellent near beautiful beaches and trails. The accommodation looks the same as the pictures. Our host was very responsive and courteous; he also accommodated our last-minute request to extend a night. The only thing is I think the bedrooms actually have 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 1 bunk bed with 2 singles. Therefore, plan on the 6th person and up to be sleeping in the living room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
