The townhouse was perfect for our family. Our son got married at the Chateau so the proximity from this house was ideal. The house was very clean & offered everything we needed for our stay. Although the pool area was closed, it looked amazing! I would highly recommend this property, close to everything!!

Beautiful home, great stay

We rented this townhouse for 10 days, spending time with our adult children and new granddaughter as well as other relatives. Beautiful home and well stocked kitchen. All four bedrooms are well appointed and all with ensuite bathrooms. So very easy and comfortable for us and all of our guests. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and the master bedroom suite was excellent. The house is conveniently located in Incline Village, a few blocks from the Championship Golf Course and restaurants and stores (walking distance) to Tahoe Blvd. The community has a pool, hot tub and tennis courts which are just 200 ft from the townhouse. The only negatives were that this was a townhouse and not a home. Finding it the first time, was a bit confusing. There was a balcony with a BBQ but no backyard or outdoor patio and that while we had views of the forest from the back, no views of the lake. We were given access to the private beaches in Incline but only enough passes for 5 of us for a single visit and no way to pay for more guests. However, we preferred Kings Beach and Sand Harbor (spectacular) which are only a short 10 minute drive from the house. All in all, the house is very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay. a great experience
