"This property impressed us as being very well updated and modern, even though it’s in a tiny town near the Lake Louise area. The room had everything we needed and it all worked well. We wanted to go to Lake Louise but not drive ourselves and they gave us great directions on how to do that. There was a problem with the heating system in the first room we were assigned, but they quickly and efficiently moved us to an equivalent room that worked out great. The included breakfast was also better than those usually are. We would stay there again. "

"Clean and spacious hotel room with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were great too and not busy at all. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room. All the staff on reception and in the entrance were extremely friendly and greeted you everytime you walked past. We would stay here again if returning to Lake Louise. "

"Most amazing bed/pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel space. Best sleep! Amazing peep of the mountains out your door/window. Food on site was delicious, recommend the eggs benedict for breakfast. Can’t go wrong with a place in the mountains"

"Our Kids Loved the ice rink and outside fires to roast marshmallows and keep warm. The little kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the TV break while we played games by the fire. Our hosts were fantastic and helpful.Thank you!"
