First of all they refer to this as a house. It is not a house, it is an apartment. When you click on the directions button it shows a picture of a house. Had I know this I would not have rented here. When we arrived there was no top sheet on one of the beds, just a comforter. The couch and love seat shown in the pictures are not there. Just a very uncomfortable couch/Jack knife bed combo and a single chair. Their were no washcloths provided, we had to buy our own. There were no trash bags provided. When I contacted Cecilia it took 2 days for them to be dropped off. It was clean enough and was adequate for a needs.

Quiet but inadequate

The apartment's style was decent, but it didn't match the pictures. We weren't informed that the pool was out of order before our arrival, which was disappointing. Additionally, the dishwasher leaked on the floor and counter, the garbage disposal wasn't working, the TV was only 20 inches, and one of the beds was extremely low to the floor. If you want to save a few bucks, this place is okay, but there are better options available for the price.

The property manager didn’t send any information on getting into the property. When I called about it, they seemed confused/surprised about my reservation. They gave me instructions on how to access the key over the phone with no follow up email. They didn’t give me instructions for the security gate for the property - luckily it was broken and stuck open so we could get in. When we had difficulty opening the lockbox and called for help they didn’t answer and never returned my call. We eventually figured it out on our own. The unit reeked of marijuana. The pool and spa next to the unit was green and filled with algae. The neighborhood is questionable- the property itself didn’t feel unsafe but the grocery stores and restaurants nearby had a lot of unhoused people and there was someone shooting up next to the McDonald’s drive-thru. The property was clean but needed some minor repairs. There was only one key to the unit, which made it difficult to coordinate when traveling with two couples who wanted to do different things at different times.
