Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Penthouse was as advertised with an amazing large outdoor covered deck. The corner unit made it so quiet and the views were spectacular. Nice dinning options in the town square and a grocery with necessities right within walking distance. The heated pool was a treat and we used it everyday of our stay. Close to Las Vegas, Red Rock, Hoover Dam, Dinning and Shopping, all can be visited with a manageable drive from Lake Las Vegas. Communication from the host was top notch as well.

The pool was one of the best things about the stay. Water is kept between 98 and 102 degrees. The condo was nice but needs to be updated. I did appreciate the use of the under ground garage as I have a walked disability. The location was good, but many empty stores.

The property is in a perfect location! We spent a couple nights in vegas and stayed at this location for two nights. It was so refreshing to stay at this village. It is close to the Hoover Dam, and Boulder City. The property was clean and had a wonderful balcony.Sid provided us with great recommendations for sites to see, and restaurants. The Italian restaurant in the village is a must! We were very happy with this stay! Thank you very much!

This property has many perks. The location is great! It’s at the very end of the hallway with a balcony that has the best views! The couches and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Being at the end means it’s quiet which was a bonus too. The property is in the heart of the village with a couple great restaurants, water activities and lake mead close by and a little grocer store. We enjoyed the golf, the pool, and other amenities. We only had two minor glitches. The toilets don’t flush well and when the temperature is 100 outside it’s hard the cool the property down for sleeping. There are two fans provided for helping with that but if you like it cool I suggest bring a high powered fan with you. That said I would definitely come back regardless. The host was responsive though we really didn’t need much since everything was already taken care of.

Amazing Condo!

We had an absolute amazing stay at this condo! The onsite amenities were a bonus. Italian restaurant, Irish Pub, Gelato and baked goods, and a Bistro. And they are all in walking distance.The walk from the front doors of the building to the condo is well worth it for the views! It is quiet and private. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious. Love the built in nightlights (optional to turn on) in the bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo & conditioner in both bathrooms was a plus.Air conditioning works great! Check in process was quick and easy. And I cannot say enough about the prompt communication from the management of this property. You are promptly provided with check in and check out process. Entry codes. And if you have questions, they are promptly answered.Do not hesitate to book your stay!

Beautiful, quiet and clean

This place was great. The VRBO check in was easy and the place was very comfortable and nice. There were a few minor items that needed repair as noted by another reviewer mentioned- I’d just want the owner to be aware so they can have them fixed- (to holder, towel rack, curtains, but it was honestly an non issue for us) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own food and there were enough restaurants to choose from too.

The Village

It’s a well laid out condo and just upstairs from several restaurants (the condo building is within The Village) so very convenient, yet not noisy at night. A very relaxing environment. My only complaint would be there is no laundry within the condo, only a building laundry room. We were there more than two weeks so needed to launder bedding and towels (no extras were supplied) along with our personal items. Seems like they could provide additional linens and towels for occupants that stay longer. Otherwise, they were very pleasant and accommodating. Would love to visit again!

Great place and area

As others have said, the condo a nice place with a beautiful view and great location. Solid walls, clean. Be aware that this corner unit and nice balconies comes with a long hall walk from lobby. Its a great area for those who want to be in the Vegas area without the loud party atmosphere and stench of the strip.

Property was excellent. Comfortable and picturesque view. Parking was good but also bad. 5 levels of parking, but poor “short” walk to unit; past a “closed” poorly lit Casino. Getting food was driving to a grocery vs a mini grocery which we never actually found.

Amazing Location

My husband and I spent a week here and the location was perfect. The area is beautiful with so many great restaurants within walking distance. A quick Uber ride will get you anywhere you want to go!

Nice place at Lake Las Vegas

Great place. It's in Henderson which is about 20 mins from the strip. The lake is nice and they surrounding community has little shops and stores and restaurants. Nice place to get away from all the Vegas activity.
