Not terrible, but not great either.

I was coming to Vegas for a show, but it got cancelled the day after the hotel's deadline for cancelations or changes. I wanted to reschedule my booking to the show's new date -- 11 months from now. Hotels.com tried to help but the hotel said I could only reschedule if I booked it for a nonfundable room -- but none existed on their site. So i was stuck with a room i didnt need on a trip I no longer needed to take. Very disappointed that they wouldn't be more helpful. At check in you're forced to go to a second desk for your "gift" which turned out to be an appointment for their timeshare sales pitch, and it ran a $40 fee to book. I got sick that night and tried to cancel the appointment and it was a hassle, as you can only do that through concierge. Concierge was hard to contact. Theres a large clicking sound in the air condition vent located above the bed. Clicks every few minutes all night, even when AC is off. Pool hours are great -- opens much earlier and stays open much later than elsewhere on the strip. But the pool is tiny and only 3 feet deep. A glorified kiddie pool. Hot tub was warm at best. The daily "resort" fee feels like an insult. Balconies are cool but have no furniture. If you want to sit you need to move the 1 desk chair outside yourself. It was a lackluster stay that felt very overpriced for the quality and in comparison to whats nearby.
