This room is definitely overpriced. We had asked for a one bed and we got 2 twins. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard, and very big to the point where our necks were at a 45° angle all night. There is no complimentary water and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the room had a bathroom that was definitely not designed correctly. The toilet is extremely close to the sink. And if you don't watch it, you can hit your elbow on the top of the vanity, the toilet paper was in such an awkward position that it was extremely difficult to reach as it was extremely close to the toilet To the point where you needed to uncomfortably position yourself to access the toilet paper. Overall, the room was overpriced and extremely uncomfortable.

This property is very dated. If you are not a smoker, don’t stay here! The smell of cigarettes is in EVERYTHING. Our room stunk so bad. I’m very sensitive to smoke, I was struggling. This is NOT a place for a younger crowd. I’m 45 and I was 25 years younger than most people there.

Horrible! Would not stay there again!!!

Do not stay at the station casinos unless you want to be incorrectly billed for smoking when you have never smoked a day in your life! We were charged $250 because their stupid sensors went off one time during our short stay. On top of that, it was 78 degrees in the room and was colder in the hallway. I would never stay at a station casino again and would highly recommend that everyone reconsider going there! This has never happened to us before and they are not willing to remove the fee from our bill!

My wife were unable to stay, due to being uncomfortable. It smelled as soon as we got off the elevator. It was creepy and i think that the registration head person i dealt with could use a refresher on customer service.

Our first impression was unpleasant. I dropped my elderly parents off by the elevator and unloaded everything out of the car. My mom and I stood by the elevators and waited for my dad to go to the registration desk on the main floor to request a trolley. He was told by the representative at the desk, Vanessa (maybe?), that he couldn't take the trolley and that we would have to pack everything back into our car and drive to the main floor to unload again. This is ridiculous. He spoke to the supervisor, who made the decision to override the representative, and got my dad a trolley immediately, which we appreciated. The worse thing was how cold the first rep was towards us the rest of the time. By the time I had gotten to the check-in desk to see what was taking my dad so long, I could immediately feel her disdain towards us. I tried to be kind but she was not reciprocating. When I thanked her, she was silent. We understand that, ideally, we should have unloaded on the main floor, but we didn't know, and it's not a big deal to let us use a trolley instead of asking their customers to pack everything back up. It was immediately rectified by the manager - but the continued negative attitude from the first rep was terrible. Because the rest of the stay was pleasant, I gave more stars to the review. The other employees were great - especially the woman working at the Gift Shop. The Oyster Bar restaurant was AMAZING. Excellent food and excellent service!

I understand marijuana use may be legal, the only time the floor didn’t smell like weed was when the cleaning staff came through during the day. I also called ahead of time about the pool, I was told the pool would be closed after Labor Day, I didn’t pack for it, upon arrival, pool was still open. I loved the staff at Starbucks and the food places, the air quality was rough inside the building with all the smoking, unhappy with the marijuana use in the hotel rooms, and the misinformation about the pool. Otherwise, it’s not a bad place for its location, it provided a place to stay, more than likely won’t stay in the future.
