Old room with furniture that had old TV mount on it with no TV. Old ugly pipes showing under the sink. Just not a $400 room. It was clean. The $30 buffet was horrific. Could not even eat anything off the buffet. I ordered an omelet that I could see was made with real eggs.

They need more front desk staffs on duty everyday to avoid delays and waiting for 30-45mins line up. This is very inconvenient to all tourist. Staffs need to be moving quickly and always alert for check in.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the floor was very quiet. We had plenty of space for a family of three with a toddler. The employees were friendly and helpful. Our toddler loved running around outside and exploring the recreation area. The hotel is in a great location near the airport, near lots of places to eat including the Las Vegas Hofbrauhaus, and there is a CVS across the street. The breakfast buffet in the Kitchen restaurant was pretty average and the coffee wasn’t great. The cocktails at Nobu and the bar by reception were great, though. As was the pizza at the 24/7 pizza place in the resort. I was sad that the pool wasn’t open as I had enjoyed the heated pool during a previous visit but the resort is still worth the money even without pool access. This hotel is great if you’d like a relaxed stay in Las Vegas.

I’ve stayed in rooms that cost five times as much per night that weren’t as nice as the Virgin Hotel. I would definitely start there again and recommend this hotel to anyone that doesn’t want to stay on the strip!
