Beautiful hotel but paid for upgrade room with lounge access to be told lounge was closed. Still charged the $66 upgrade feel. Room was nice except the bathroom. Mantle over the toilet looked like it was coming off the wall. Towel rack came completed off the wall. The shower faucet was broken and there was no hot water. The hot water worked in the sink but not the shower. Not impressed this the hotel and will not visit again.

We got a club level room and the club lounge was closed last night for the 5:00 to 7:00 free wine and drinks. Instead they gave us each a free drink voucher. Felt like I overpaid.
