A bit run down but good enough for overnight

The place is a bit run down looking but finding a spot in the area with parking that didnt require paying offsite is hard in this price point. The sheets smelled like bleach however there was hair on the floor in several places that wasnt ours and woke up to what looked like a small cockroach crawling across the wall. I am going to hope it was a water bug. The AC worked well and the Chinese spot across the street was really good and open late. A Ralphs is within walking distance if you need anything and theres a mini fridge with freezer in the room.

There was no elevator to the second level - if one had a disability they could request a ground floor room otherwise you toted luggage up the stairs to the second story. The check in area - front desk and lounge was closed because of COVID - really Coeffee machine in the lunge are not available had a sign "out of order" but was in the area that was closed. Check in and out from the outside with a small window to give the person your ID and credit card. Room was in very poor condition and in need of much repair. This is by far the worst place I have ever spent a night. EXPEDIA should remove this hotel from their listings.

We were looking for somewhere to literally sleep, we knew we would be getting into LA around 10pm and leaving by 730pm, but we wanted a decent neighborhood and cleanliness. This was perfect for that. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out.

Our room had little ants at the back of the toilet and they need to change the mattress cause it was a saggy matress on one side. Great location, market near the motel and different options to eat near by.
