After 50 years of international travel, I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The rooms are the size of a matchbox so small that only one side of the bed is accessible. The washroom contained a tiny shower and the hand basin was in the main room itself. Asked if I could make a restaurant reservation to be told there was no restaurant and only limited bar food was available. The cost of a room in this hotel can almost be described as daylight robbery.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Computers were not working at check-in, so it took a while to get settled. The rooms are VERY small (about the size of our 17’ class C motorhome). We joked about having to play human jenga to move around the room. The bed was VERY firm (I’m not a fan of hard beds). There appeared to be a thin memory foam pad (also firm) on top, so I was able to get a decent night’s sleep. It was our first time to Miami, and it seemed to be a good location. CVS and restaurants a short walk away. Definitely not for us, but if you don’t mind small spaces and firm beds, you might enjoy it better.
