Hotel is quite lovely to be honest. Staff was great! Restaurant service was just okay and the food was bad. Never checked on our table; my sandwich was burnt. Room - was nice, spacious, clean. However, the AC vent made a howling/spooky noise the whole night and there was a buzzing/ringing the whole night coming from the bed wall. Not a good night’s sleep. Also, the mattress…hard as rock.

Nice location, but skip the food there.

Hotel is beautiful, room was also very nice. Good location and super quick valet service. The bad is the food there, ordered two separate times and both very disappointing. Stale chips in the chops and salsa, incredibly dry Cuban sandwich, asked for tomatoes in salad didn’t get them, club sandwich also super dry, no ketchup for the fries and an automatics tip added for very poor service and quality of food.

The AC was terrible in the king suite. No thermostat in the bedroom so you have to turn the other thermostats down so low it fogs up the outside of the windows making the Bay view totally useless.
