Very good location, little noisy, quite old for my taste ,no umbrellas provided for beach just towels & chairs. Refreshing the room every 4th day .

This property has no staff. That would be ok if you could get any kind if response if things go wrong. We had a cockroach in our room (its florida but still). We could get no response for help in the App or messaging. We needed towels. Same issue. We the. are at the beach and get about ten “noise violations” telling us we are going to be kicked out. That is when I realized the entire experience is an AI chatbot that the guest communicates with for this hotel. After exhausting calls/emails/texts I finally get a person who is clearly a call center somewhere not near the hotel at all. The concept can work with off site management ONLY if you can reach someone in an emergency. We couldnt.
I had problems with my booking number and since the hotel doesn’t have a front desk everything is virtual I didn’t have a response from them, and the person on the phone wasn’t helping and unless . I don’t recommend this hotel.
the hotel is being renovated so it needs work. so many things in the area, walking distance to the beach. everything is self check in and self check out. The staff doesn't speak english at all.
I love it there and it was in a great location. It was so many restaurants that were close, a Walgreens on the corner and the bed did not let me go. The beds were definitely very comfortable I can’t complain. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 for overall is that I really wished it had a microwave, more outlets in the bedroom area or at an least extension cord or some type of charging port and a ice machine (they may have one but I didn’t need ice until my last night so I am not sure) but besides that THEY WERE AWESOME!!! If you text the number that they provided you with I got help within 5mins every time and I really feel like it was less time than that!! I Loved it and definitely will book again. I appreciate you guys hospitality. Keep up the good work

Most places on South Beach is old. This place has been renovated or is going through renovation. It wasn’t bad. The parking is the only issue I had. I had to park half a mile down the street. Just keep that in mind on a busy weekend.
Bed was comfy and location is perfect, this is me beeing super picky I just wish some nights the air conditioning could go lower, but everything was great would recommend and is worth it.
Amazing location (for the ones looking to stay in the middle of the south beach). Very clean and ease to access. Be careful with parking, it’s expensive around.
